Elle vise \u00e0 d\u00e9tendre la fine membrane qui entoure le c\u0153ur afin de r\u00e9tablir une meilleure circulation des \u00e9motions, de la respiration et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale.<br \/>Dans ma pratique de physioth\u00e9rapeute \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, j\u2019int\u00e8gre cette approche pour aider le corps \u00e0 retrouver un \u00e9quilibre profond, tant physique
